Kisha Coard is a passionate Master Esthetician, Esthetics Instructor, entrepreneur, author, and mentor with over 10 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. As the founder and owner of Ameliorate Aesthetics LLC, Kisha has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while empowering aspiring and established estheticians to build successful careers in the industry they love.

Driven by her passion for beauty, wellness, and education, Kisha created her own line of beauty and skincare products designed to support healthy skin and promote confidence both inside and outside of the treatment room. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond providing exceptional esthetic services she is equally passionate about educating others and sharing her knowledge to elevate the esthetics profession.

As an accomplished author, Kisha has written three books aimed at inspiring and guiding beauty professionals through every stage of their careers: The Elevated Esthi, How to Start Your Own Esthetics Business and The Empowered Educator.

Through her books, mentorship, and educational programs, Kisha provides practical knowledge, encouragement, and real-world guidance to help estheticians develop their skills, grow their businesses, and achieve their professional goals.

One of Kisha’s greatest passions is helping fellow estheticians realize their full potential.
